Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Finlayson, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Schandelmeier Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Arnett moved to remove AP-43-23 and approve the agenda as amended. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes RCG 11.3.23 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: RCG 11.3.23 Alderman Arnett moved to approve RCG 11.3.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Appointments and Re-appointments AP-35-23 Appointment - Joan Brady - Arts in Public Places Attachments: AP-35-23 Appointee Joan Brady was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderman Schandelmeier moved to recommend AP-35-23 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. AP-36-23 Re-Appointment - Mr. Michael Walsh - Board of Appeals Attachments: AP-36-23 Alderman Arnett moved to recommend AP-36-23 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. O-28-23 City Noise Prohibitions and Enforcement - For the purpose of updating the Annapolis City Code noise prohibition section by adding a ban on certain noise in residential areas; expanding enforcement; and generally related to noise prohibitions.
