Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Arnett and Alderwoman Finlayson Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Arnett moved to approve as amended to remove O-25-23 and R-47-23 from the Environmental Matters Special Meeting agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes ENV 11.1.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: ENV 11.1.23 Alderman Arnett moved to approve ENV 11.1.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Legislation O-28-23 City Noise Prohibitions and Enforcement - For the purpose of updating the Annapolis City Code noise prohibition section by adding a ban on certain noise in residential areas; expanding enforcement; and generally related to noise prohibitions. General Discussion ID-16-23 Resilience and Sustainability Update Attachments: May Resilience & Sustainability Project List Environmental Matters Committee Deputy City Manager Guild was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderman Savidge requested that there be a discussion on a CNI Grant , Include a discussion on Development List from Planning & Zoning, and invite Eileen Fogarty, Public Work Director Vogel, and Urban Fosterer Adams to our next meeting.
