Call To Order
Chairman Savidge called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.

Present: 3- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Tierney and Alderman Arnett
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Arnett moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Alderman Tierney moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following

Johnson, were present and answered questions from the Committee.

O-33-21 Tree removal on private property - For the purpose of requiring a permit for the
removal of certain trees located on private property anywhere within the City limits;
and generally relating to the removal of trees on private property.
