Alderman Savidge called the regular meeting to order at 3:06pm.
Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderman Savidge and Alderwoman Finlayson
Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.
Approval of Minutes
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve Regular Meeting Minutes ENV
9.22.22. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

AP-71-22 Appointment to the Environmental Commission - Janis

Alderman Savidge requested to invite Janis to the next meeting.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone AP-71-22 until the next meeting.
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
AP-72-22 Appointment to Environmental Commission - Mathieu

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably AP-72-22. Seconded.
CARRIED on voice vote.
General Discussion
Update on City Environmental Issues
Planning and Zoning director LaPlace was present and answered questions
from the committee on the following topics: Park Side Preserve, Rocky
Gorge, The Willows, Providence Point, Parole Place, South Annapolis Yacht
Center and Acrosome Square.

Discussion on Adequate Public Facilities
Planning and Zoning Director Laplace and Chief of Comprehensive Planning
Leshinsky were present and answered questions on the Annapolis Feeder
System from the committee.
Update Environmental Commission
Chair for the Environmental Commission Randy Rowel was present and
answered questions from the committee.
Update from Deputy City Manager Resilience & Sustainability Guild
Deputy City Manager Resilience & Sustainability Guild was present and
answered questions from the committee.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
adjourned at 4:40 pm.
