Mr. Walters discussed the transfer of money from the Pumpout boat salary account to Pumpout Boat Maintenance and Repair Account. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. ID-13-050 Level of Core Services Bruce Miller, Finance Director spoke on the Finance Committee Budget process. Alderman Budge spoke about level of service and how the council can evaluate changes. City Council Associate Raftovich discussed the Budget hearing schedule . ID-13-080 Discussion of Regionalization of Transit City Attorney Murnane was called to speak. Mr. Murnane discussed the draft MOU with Howard and Anne Arundel County on the regionalization of transit . ID-13-081 discussion of Year to Date spending Note Finance Director Miller, was called to speak. Mr. Miller reviewed the spending spreadsheets, stating that overall the trend is favorable. ID-13-082 Mayors office Salary Analysis Bruce Miller, Finance Director was called to speak. Mr. Miller reviewed the spreadsheet.
