Call to Order Roll Call The Chair called the Meeting to order at 5:11 pm Present: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone 2. Legislation before Committee 3. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC111814 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting Attachments: November 18, 2014 Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone b. Grant Approvals GA-21-15 Transit Operating Subsidy (Transportation) Attachments: GA-21-15.pdf Office Administrator Pletzer of the Finance Department offers a report on the grants history. City Attorney Leahy speaks regarding the long term standing of the agreement between the County and the City of Annapolis. Mr. Leahy also relates that although he has some concerns regarding the grant going forward, he does not anticipate a problem clarifying the terms with the County. Alderman Arnett suggests that the grant be deferred pending additional information. Alderman Pfeiffer relates that he does not believe that the Finance Committee has seen this agreement in prior years. Alderman Budge suggest that in the future we consult heavily with the county before signing of the agreement. Alderwomen Finlayson and Alderman Arnett would like to have more input from the Transportation Department as well as representatives from the County. Alderman Paone moved to postpone. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone c. Budget Revision Requests 4. General Discussion ID-420-14 Budget Timeline Senior Accountant Leaman of Finance Department Relates that it is her understanding that the Finance Director Miller is currently working on a time line for the budget process.
