No motion was made, the minutes for January 20, 2015 will be approved at the next scheduled meeting on February 17, 2015. 3. General Discussion ID-38-15 Presentation by Minor Carter on City of Annapolis Legislative Agenda Lobbyist Minor Carter gave a presentation on FY 2015 Legislative Agenda. The committee requested City Manager Andrews give an update on the status of the Spa Road Project. This Informational Item was presented ID-48-15 2nd Quarter Fiscal Review Finance Director Miller spoke briefly on the 2nd quarter fiscal review FY 2015. This Informational Item was presented 4.
