Alderman Arnett called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.

Present: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone

Finance Department Director Miller gave an introduction on the item of discussion.
Acting Manager Smith was also present, and gave a presentation on MIT's programs.

City Attorney Leahy gave a presentation on Office of Law programs.

Public Works Director Jarrell gave a presentation on Public Works programs and
enhancements.
