Call To Order Alderman Arnett called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone 2. General Discussion ID-123-15 Budget Discussion - MIT (2:00- 2:30 p.m.) Finance Department Director Miller gave an introduction on the item of discussion. Acting Manager Smith was also present, and gave a presentation on MIT's programs. This Informational Item was presented ID-124-15 Budget Discussion- Office of Law (2:30-3:00 p.m.) City Attorney Leahy gave a presentation on Office of Law programs. This Informational Item was presented ID-125-15 Budget Discussion- Public Works (3:00-5:00 p.m.) Public Works Director Jarrell gave a presentation on Public Works programs and enhancements.
