Call To Order Chairman Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone 2. Business before Committee Approval of Minutes FC042215 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: April 22, 2015 Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone 3. General Discussion ID-208-15 Finance Committee Amendments to O-14-15 (Annual Operating Budget FY 2016) City Manager Andrews gave a presentation on the proposed Economic Development Program and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably Amendment #1 The appropriation of 250,000.00 to be transferred from the Office of the Mayor to Planning & Zoning for the Economic Development Program. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone ID-218-15 Budget Discussion Finance Director Miller gave an update on the 10 year budget projections and answered questions from the committee. Doug Smith, 5 Revell Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 spoke on the merger of Annapolis Business Association and Main Street Program to be renamed as the Annapolis Partnership.
