2. General Discussion
ID-225-15 Finance Committee Amendments to O-14-15 Annual Operating Budget
(5/4/15)
Alderman Pfeiffer moved to recommend favorably the following amendment:
Amendment #1 To remove subsidy of Wastewater Fund by the General Fund on
Page 34, In line 1505 of the Proforma, Reduce Wastewater Enterprise Fund
revenue ("440,000") On page 38, In line 1665 of the Proforma, Reduce Transfer
from General Fund by ( "440, 000") Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Alderman Pfeiffer moved to recommend favorably the following amendment.
Amendment #2 (Budge Amendment) On Page 52, of budget program sheets,
increase the "Historic Preservation and Cultural Resources Planning Program by
35, 000 to fund the Annapolis Landmark 50th Anniversary" . Offset: Reduce "the
General Fund Net Surplus by 35, 000. lines 25, and 292 of the 2016 Budget
Proforma presented March 9, 2015." Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

ID-226-15 Finance Committee Amendments to O-15-15 Capital Budget Year 2016
(5/4/15)
Senior Accountant Leaman gave a presentation on changes to the Capital Improvement
Program.

O-15-15 Capital Budget Fiscal Year 2016 - For the purpose of adopting a capital
budget for Fiscal Year 2016; and appropriating funds for expenditures for
the Fiscal Year 2016 capital budget.
