Chairman Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 5:12 p.m.

2. Legislation before Committee
O-32-14 Forest Conservation Requirements and Standards in the City of Annapolis
- For the purpose of adopting requirements and standards for forest
conservation in the City of Annapolis; providing forest stand delineation
and forest conservation plan requirements; providing exceptions to
Chapter 17.13 of the City Code; providing for variance procedures; and all
other matters generally relating to forest conservation in the City of
Annapolis.

Andrews was present and answered questions from the committee.

O-37-14 Lease of City Property to Chesapeake Children’s Museum - For the
purpose of approving a lease between the City of Annapolis and the
Chesapeake Children’s Museum for a portion of the City-owned building
located at 25 Silopanna Road, Annapolis, Maryland; and all other matters
related to said lease with the Chesapeake Children’s Museum.

presentation on legislation and answered questions from the committee. Public Works
Director Jarell also answered questions from the committee.

GT-19-15 Eastport Traffic Study - From Contingency to Traffic Impact- Planning &
Zoning

Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald gave a presentation on the budget revision request
and answered questions from the committee.
Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably with the following
amendment to decrease the budget revision amount from 100,000 to
65,320.00. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
