Legislation before Committee O-32-14 Forest Conservation Requirements and Standards in the City of Annapolis - For the purpose of adopting requirements and standards for forest conservation in the City of Annapolis; providing forest stand delineation and forest conservation plan requirements; providing exceptions to Chapter 17.13 of the City Code; providing for variance procedures; and all other matters generally relating to forest conservation in the City of Annapolis. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone O-37-14 Lease of City Property to Chesapeake Children’s Museum - For the purpose of approving a lease between the City of Annapolis and the Chesapeake Children’s Museum for a portion of the City-owned building located at 25 Silopanna Road, Annapolis, Maryland; and all other matters related to said lease with the Chesapeake Children’s Museum. Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone GA-29-15 FY 2016 Unified Work Plan (UPWP) - Planning & Zoning Attachments: GA-29-15 Short.pdf Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald gave a presentation on the grant and answered questions from the committee. Budget Revision Requests GT-19-15 Eastport Traffic Study - From Contingency to Traffic Impact- Planning & Zoning Attachments: GT-19-15 Eastport Traffic Study Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald gave a presentation on the budget revision request and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably with the following amendment to decrease the budget revision amount from 100,000 to 65,320.00. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
