Call To Order Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderman Pfeiffer 2. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC100815 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC10.08.15 Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderman Pfeiffer b. Grant Approvals GA-21-16 Annual Transportation Plan (ATP) FY 2016- Transportation Attachments: GA-21-16 Transportation Director Gordon gave a presentation on the grant and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderman Pfeiffer GA-22-16 2015 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Grant Program- Fire /OEM Attachments: GA-22-16 Officer Administrator Pletzer gave an overview of the grant and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderman Pfeiffer c. Budget Revision Requests City of Annapolis Page 1 Finance Committee Standing Committee Minutes October 20, 2015 GT-06-16 Transfer from Contract Services/Benefits Transfer to Salaries- Planning & Zoning Attachments: GT-06-16 Finance Director Miller gave an overview of the budget revision request and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderman Pfeiffer 3. Legislation before Committee R-25-15 Waiving Certain Residential Parking Fees - For the purpose of waiving parking fees in Special Residential Parking Districts for residents of housing owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis and residents of Section 8 Housing.
