John Pilli, 5 Park Place, Unit 111, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 representing Arc House LLC, 02/Lafayette and Pilli Development Company was present and addressed the committee. Alderman Arnett moved send O-48-15 back to the Law Office to reconsider the conditional clauses in the contract. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
