Special Events Coordinator Nolan gave a brief overview of the legislation and answered
questions from the committee.

ID-159-16 Financial Update
Finance Director Miller, City Manager Andrews and Assistant Finance Director Miller
discussed timeline for upcoming Finance Committee meetings and answered questions
from the committee.

ID-146-16 FY 2017 Change Documents from the Finance Department
Finance Director Miller and City Manager Andrews gave a presentation on the City of
Annapolis FY 2017 Budget Schedule/Cause of Change Document and answered
questions from the committee.

Alderman Paone arrived at 3:18 p.m.
Alderwoman Finlayson was present and spoke on the PILOT from the State,
Recreation & Park Membership Fees, Increase in Ambulance Fees, Estimated
Health Insurance Increase, and Storm Water Allocations.
Alderman Joe Budge was present and spoke on Economic Development
Funding, Munis Conversion Fixed Assets, Matching Budget to Actual
Expenditures (Department of Transportation) and 10 Year Projections.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
