Call To Order Chairman Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Pfeiffer and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderman Paone 2. Legislation before Committee R-07-16 City Sponsored Special Events in Fiscal Year 2017 - For the purpose of identifying City Sponsored Special Events and waiving certain related City Fees during Fiscal Year 2017. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-159-16 Financial Update Finance Director Miller, City Manager Andrews and Assistant Finance Director Miller discussed timeline for upcoming Finance Committee meetings and answered questions from the committee. This Informational Item was presented ID-146-16 FY 2017 Change Documents from the Finance Department Finance Director Miller and City Manager Andrews gave a presentation on the City of Annapolis FY 2017 Budget Schedule/Cause of Change Document and answered questions from the committee. This Informational Item was presented Alderman Paone arrived at 3:18 p.m. Alderwoman Finlayson was present and spoke on the PILOT from the State, Recreation & Park Membership Fees, Increase in Ambulance Fees, Estimated Health Insurance Increase, and Storm Water Allocations. Alderman Joe Budge was present and spoke on Economic Development Funding, Munis Conversion Fixed Assets, Matching Budget to Actual Expenditures (Department of Transportation) and 10 Year Projections. 5.
