Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

GA-3-18 Alert _Auto Larceny Education Reduces Theft
Police Captain Amoia was present and spoke on the grant and answered questions
from the committee.
Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

GA-4-18 State of Maryland Department of Natural Resources Critical Area
Commission for the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Grant-in-Aid
Program
Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald spoke on the grant and answered questions
from the committee.
Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

GA-5-18 Certified Local Government: Keeping History Above Water
Chief of Historic Preservation Craig spoke on the grant and answered questions from
the committee.
Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.

Office of Environmental Policy Director Broadbent spoke on grant and answered
questions from the committee.
Operations Manager Pletzer was available to answer questions from the committee.
Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

GT-2-18 Transfer from City Dock Infrastructure CIP to Maintenance Facility CIP
Public Works Director Jarrell spoke on the budge transfer and answered questions
from the committee.
Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.
