ID-89-18 Presentation: Class and Comp Study, H.R. no action taken Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Rodriguez and Alderman Finlayson ID-116-18 Growth Rate Assumptions Finance Director Miller provided the committee with an overview of the Growth Rate Assumptions. Alderwoman Tierney and Acting City Manager Stokes were present and answered questions from the committee. ID-117-18 FY 2019 Budget Changes Finance Director Miller provided the committee with an overview of the FY 2019 Budget Changes. Finance Operations Manager Pletzer, Acting City Manager Stokes, and Alderwoman Tierney were present and answered questions from the committee. 4.
