Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Finlayson 3. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC040418 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Rodriguez and Alderman Finlayson b. ID-99-18 FY19 Budget/Proforma Review Finance Operation's Manager Pletzer and Finance Director Miller provided an overveiw of the FY 2019 Proposed Budget to the committee. c. ID-100-18 Presentation: Mayor’s Office No action taken. d. ID-101-18 Community Grant Discussion No action taken. e. ID-102-18 Budget Calendar Review Finance Operations Manager Pletzer, Finance Director Miller, Acting City Manager Stokes, Alderwoman Tierney were present and answered questions from the committee. Chairman Arnett would like to meet at least 3 times a week, and maybe more towards the end of the process, including (2) evening meetings. 4.
