Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 9:14 a.m.

Finance Director Miller, City Manager Sutherland, Finance Operations Manager Pletzer,
Acting City Manager Stokes, and Alderwoman Tierney were present. Assistant Finance
Director Leaman was present and reviewed the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
(CAFR) with the committee.
