Call To Order Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:23 a.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Finlayson 2. Business before Committee The committee discussed the Draft Budget Report. Finance Operations Manager Pletzer, City Manager Sutherland, Alderwoman Tierney, and Alderman Savidge were present and answered questions from the committee. Meeting went into Recess at 12:34 p.m. Meeting Reconvened at 12:52 p.m. RMS/CAD System for Law Enforcement Police Captain Amoia was present and discussed the CAD system. Amendment #1 Motion to Strike "$250,000" from FY 2019 request; Strike "$150,000" from FY 2020 program, FY 2021 program, FY 2023 program; Insert "$850,000" in FY 2019 request, funding source "Other-Capital Lease" Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve as amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Rodriguez and Alderman Finlayson Standard Specifications and Construction Details Amendment #2 Motion to Strike "$105,000" from "Bonds" for the FY 2019 request and the FY 2020 program and Insert "$105,000" to "Other-Pay-Go from Capital Reserve Fund Balance" Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve as amended.
