Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Finlayson 3. Business before Committee No action taken 4. Finance Committee Deliberations Finance Operations Manager Pletzer was present, City Manager Sutherland, and Alderman Savidge was present and answered questions from the committee. Meeting went into Recess at 11:22 a.m. Meeting Reconvened at 11:25 a.m. Community Grants Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve as is. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Rodriguez and Alderman Finlayson R-15-18 FY 2019 Fees Schedule Effective July 1, 2018 - For the purpose of specifying fees that will be charged for the use of City services for FY 2019. Alderman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Rodriguez and Alderman Finlayson Fees Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve as amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Rodriguez and Alderman Finlayson 5. Adjournment Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at 11:59 PM.
