Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson 3. Proposed Closed Session Assistant City Attorney Leonard was present and answered questions from the committee. a. ID-439-19 A proposed closed session of the Finance Committee in accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, Section 3-305. Closed Sessions, (b) (1): To discuss the terms of the contract between the City and Acting City Attorney. Meeting went into Recess Meeting Reconvened Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson 4. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Special Meeting Agenda . ID-432-19 Proposed Finance Committee Preliminary Schedule: Budget FY 2020 Chairman Arnett would like to review fees/fines with the Office of Law. Finance Director Dickinson, Senior Accountant Connolly, and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered questions from the committee.
