Call To Order Chairwoman Finlayson (in Chairman Arnett's absence) called the meeting to order at 10:33 a.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett GT-5-19 Police - Salaries/Police - Operating Various - Transfer From: Police Salaries Transfer To: Mayor’s Office Supplies, City Manager Capital Outlay, Police Capital Outlay, Police Contractual Services City Manager Sutherland, Police Captain Amoia, and MIT Manager Smith were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett Alderman Paone provided a background for this Budget Transfer. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Supplemental Appropriations SA-45-19 Public Works - Fleet Operations Revenue: Transfer from General Fund Contingency for Fleet Maintenance Costs above the current appropriations. Expenditure: Equipment Repair & Maintenance; Fuel Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett SA-46-19 Capital Project #20002 Maynard Burgess House Revenue: Grant Award from Commission and Maryland Historic Trust for Capital Improvement to the Maynard Burgess House Expenditure: Capital Project #20002 Maynard Burgess House Finance Director Dickinson and Public Works Civil Engineer Harold were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson Absent: 1- Alderman Arnett 5. General Discussion ID-383-18 Update from the Finance Director City of Annapolis Page 3 Finance Committee Standing Committee Minutes April 3, 2019 Finance Director Dickinson provided an update to the committee. The Committee would like to have the auditors present to the full council. 6.
