1. Call To Order
Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:32 a.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderman Finlayson
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll
call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderman Finlayson
4. Business before Committee
a. Approval of Minutes
FC02.22.19 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting
Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderman Finlayson
b. Annual Election of Committee Chair
Alderman Paone moved to approve the re-election of Alderman Arnett as the
Finance Committee Chair. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderman Finlayson
5. Legislation before Committee
O-8-19 Grow Annapolis, Inc. Lease Agreement - For the purpose of approving the
lease for certain City-owned property located at the corner of Jefferson Street and
Brashears Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21403, between Grow Annapolis, Inc. and
the City of Annapolis; and matters generally relating to said lease.
Fire Chief Stokes, and Assistant City Attorney Leonard were present and answered
questions from the committee.

Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote
was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderman Finlayson

ID-383-18 Update from the Finance Director
Finance Director Dickinson was present and provided the committee with an update.
7. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
10:52 a.m.
