Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Minutes February 22, 2019 1. Call To Order Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:39 a.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC02.06.19 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson b. Budget Revision Requests GT-3-19 Parking Fund; Transfer to Transportation to Garages-Professional Services; $400,000 Finance Director Dickinson and Transportation Director Gordon were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderman Finlayson c. Supplemental Appropriations SA-44-19 APD - General Fund; FY2018 Fund Balance Assigned for Contingencies to Police Department-Contract Services (CAD/RMS Project); $246,200 Finance Director Dickinson and Captain Amoia were present and answered questions from the committee.
