Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m.

Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman Tierney
Absent: 1- Alderman Paone
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Mary Kate, and Finance Director Dickinson were present and explained the
Supplemental Appropriation to the committee.

Office of Emergency Management Planner Seborowski was present and provided
a background of SA-56-19 for the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably SA-56-19. Seconded.
A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman Tierney
Absent: 1- Alderman Paone
5. Committee Deliberations
Finance Director Dickinson was present and answered questions from the committee.
Alderman Savidge was present and addressed the committee.
