Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Amend to include Supplemental Appropriations Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Special Meeting Agenda as amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman Tierney Absent: 1- Alderman Paone 4. Committee Deliberations Finance Director Dickinson, and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered questions from the committee. Meeting went into Recess 11:04 a.m. Meeting Reconvened 2:00 p.m. Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve the Finance Committee column on the Community Grants table.
