Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman Tierney Absent: 1- Alderman Paone 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt as amended. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman Tierney Absent: 1- Alderman Paone 4. Business before Committee 5. Committee Deliberations Finance Director Dickinson, and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered questions from the committee. Meeting went into Recess 1:27 p.m. Meeting Reconvened 2:40 p.m. 6.
