General Discussion ID-507-19 Update from the Finance Department Alderman Paone moved to approve the $100,000 funding for Hillman Garage feasibility study to come from the Resilience Finance Authority. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson Alderman Paone moved to approve the use of bonds as the funding source if the Spa Road facility is placed on Forest Drive. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson Finance Director Dickinson and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered questions from the committee. Economic Development Analyst Callahan was present and answered questions from the committee. 6.
