Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:39 a.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)

Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson

Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.

Finance Director Dickinson was present and answered questions from the
committee.

ID-507-19 Update from the Finance Department
Alderman Paone moved to approve the $100,000 funding for Hillman Garage
feasibility study to come from the Resilience Finance Authority. Seconded. A roll
call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson
Alderman Paone moved to approve the use of bonds as the funding source if the
Spa Road facility is placed on Forest Drive. Seconded. A roll call vote was
taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson
Finance Director Dickinson and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered
questions from the committee.
Economic Development Analyst Callahan was present and answered questions from
the committee.
6. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
11:43 a.m.
