Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC04.17.20 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. ID-85-20 Operating Budget - Department Reviews ID-102-20 Office of Emergency Management Department Office Of Emergency Management Department Director Simmons, and Office of Emergency Management Department Deputy Director Mandell were present and provided the committee with a presentation. Finance Director Dickinson, and Alderwoman Tierney were present and addressed the committee. ID-103-20 Transportation Transportation Director Gordon was present and provided the committee with a presentation.
