Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Add discussion of line budget items, housekeeping items Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC04.16.20 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson ID-116-20 Housekeeping Alderman Paone would like hard copies of any documents shared to the committee placed in his mailbox. Alderman Savidge, and Alderwoman Tierney were present and addressed the committee. ID-94-20 Recs & Parks Recs & Parks Director Trader, and Harbor Master Bellis were present and provided a presentation to the committee. Alderman Savidge, Alderwoman Tierney, City Manager Jarrell, Finance Director Dickinson, Budget Analyst Connolly, and Alderman Gay were present and addressed the committee. Finance Director Dickinson will provide a breakdown of Temporary positions within the Rec & Parks Department. ID-95-20 Office of Law Will be rescheduled 5.
