1. Call To Order
Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following
vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson

Police Deputy Chief Herman was present and answered questions from the
committee.
City Manager Jarrell was present and addressed the committee. The committee
agreed that Police will return on April 21, 2020.

Fire Chief Remaley and Deputy Fire Chief Spriggs were present and provided a
presentation for the committee.
Alderwoman Tierney was present, Finance Director Dickinson, and City
Manager Jarrell were present and addressed the committee.
