1. Call To Order
Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Alderman Paone arrived at 1:11 p.m.
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Add CIP and Capital Budget from this morning's meeting (continued)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as
amended. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the
following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson
ID-113-20 Capital Budget & CIP Review
City Manager Jarrell, and Public Works Acting Director Patrick provided a
presentation for the committee.
Alderman Gay, Finance Director Dickinson, and Alderwoman Tierney were present
and addressed the committee.
4. Business before Committee
a. Approval of Minutes
b. ID-85-20 Operating Budget - Department Reviews
ID-87-20 Finance
No action taken. Will present at tomorrow's meeting.
c. ID-114-20 Community Grants
Assistant City Manager Farrow was present and provided the committee with a
presentation.
Alderman Gay, Finance Director Dickinson, and Alderwoman Tierney were
present and addressed the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson would like to see
previous year's information.
5. General Discussion
City Manager Jarrell was present and answered questions from the committee
regarding Office of Environmental Policy. Alderwoman Tierney, and Alderman Gay
were present and addressed the committee. The Committee discussed "Office of
Community Caring Services".

No action taken.
6. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
3:10 p.m.
