Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Add Finance Department presentation Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 4. Business before Committee a. ID-85-20 Operating Budget - Department Reviews ID-95-20 Office of Law City Attorney Lyles was present and provided a presentation for the committee. Finance Director Dickinson, City Clerk Watkins-Eldridge, Alderman Gay, Budget Analyst Connolly, Alderman Savidge, and City Manager Jarrell were present and addressed the committee. Alderman Arnett would like the City Attorney to send an elaboration of cost savings for the Office of Law, and the goals for years 2022-2025 relating to the performance measures to the committee. ID-87-20 Finance Finance Director Dickinson, Budget Analyst Connolly, and Procurement Officer Snyder were present and provided a presentation for the committee.
