City Manager Jarrell, Finance Director Dickinson, Budget Analyst Connolly, Alderman Gay were present and addressed the committee. Recommend that the credit card processing fee and returned check fee be removed from the FY 2021 until Ordinances have been created. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to Recommend Favorably-Amendment. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. City Manager Jarrell, Alderwoman Tierney, City Manager Lyles, and Alderman Gay were present and addressed the committee. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Parking Fees Transportation Director Gordon, John Kemp, representing SP+, Kevin Warntz, Representing SP+, Finance Director Dickinson, were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Gay, Alderwoman Tierney were present and addressed the committee. Alderwoman Tierney would like the Council to review the code as it pertains to Bed and Breakfast and Park Place. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend Parking Fees favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Swimming Pool Update section to reflect changes made by the Council through Resolution 20-20. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend Swimming Pool favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
