Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC04.27.20 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson ID-122-20 Committee Discussions/Deliberations Community Grants Assistant City Manager Farrow, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderman Gay, City Manager Jarrell, and Finance Director Dickinson were present and addressed the committee.
