Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:38 a.m.

3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded.
A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the regular meeting minutes.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following

Revenue: State Grant Revenue ($17,205.00) Expenditure: State Grant

Finance Director Dickinson, and Lt. Miguez were present and answered
questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably SA-13-21. Seconded.
A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

questions from the committee.
Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably SA-15-21. Seconded. A roll

Finance Director Dickinson and Community Services Specialist Norris were
present and answered questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably SA-20-21. Seconded.

O-42-20 Emergency Medical Services - For the purpose of modifying the provisions of
the Annapolis Emergency Medical Services program.
Fire Chief Remaley and Battalion Chief Christian were present and answered
questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably O-42-20. Seconded. A
roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson
R-56-20 Emergency Medical Services - Fees - For the purpose of clarifying certain
fees charged for Emergency Medical Services.
Fire Chief Remaley was present and answered questions from the committee.
Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably R-56-20. Seconded. A roll call
vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
