The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Supplemental Appropriations SA-31-21 Grant Fund - Office of the Mayor Bureau of the Treasury Through Anne Arundel County Revenue: Federal Operating Grant Revenue - Federal Cares Act - County ($550,00.00) Expenditure: Federal Operating Grant Expense - Federal Cares Act - County ($550,000.00) Attachments: SA 31-21 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to Recommend Favorably Amendment 1: In SA-31-21change from the Office of the Mayor to the City Manager's Office Seconded. Alderman Gay, and Alderwoman Tierney were present and addressed the Committee. Alderwoman Finlayson would like data on the programs in the Office of the Mayor; how many people are impacted and the success of the programs. Chairman Arnett would like allocations for each program. Alderwoman Finlayson would like to see what was spent during the virtual meetings for the TV crew expenses. Legislation before Committee O-10-21 Annual Budget and Appropriation and Property Tax Levy - For the purpose of adopting the City Budget, comprising the Annual Operating Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, the Capital Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, the Capital Improvement Program for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, June 30, 2024, June 30, 2025, June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2027; appropriating funds for all expenditures for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022; levying and imposing a property tax for the use of the City of Annapolis for the taxable year beginning July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022; and fixing the rate of the City property tax for the taxable year.
