Call To Order
Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda to add CIP
presentation. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson

Alderman Paone moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following
vote:

SA-29-21 Planning and Zoning
General Fund - Bembe Beach Partnership
Revenue: General Fund Contributions ($2,800.00) Expenditure:
Contractual Services ($2,800.00)
Attachments: SA29-21
Finance Director Dickinson, and Finance Budge Analyst Connolly were present
and answered questions from the Committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably SA-29-21. Seconded.
A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

questions from the Committee.

well as Facebook Live and YouTube Live, including virtual meetings during the State of Emergency for
COVID-19.
