Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting April 7, 2021 Minutes Call To Order Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda to add CIP presentation. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 1. Business before Committee Approval of Minutes FC03.17.21 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC03.17.21 Alderman Paone moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson Supplemental Appropriations SA-29-21 Planning and Zoning General Fund - Bembe Beach Partnership Revenue: General Fund Contributions ($2,800.00) Expenditure: Contractual Services ($2,800.00) Attachments: SA29-21 Finance Director Dickinson, and Finance Budge Analyst Connolly were present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably SA-29-21. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
