Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting February 23, 2022 Minutes Call To Order Chairwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 10:45 a.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Special Meeting Agenda as amended to include a presentation from Davenport Public Finance and Eileen Fogarty. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC02.16.22 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC02.16.22 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Minutes for the Regular Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Committee Presentations ID-44-22 Debt Capacity Update: Davenport, Eileen Fogarty Attachments: Annapolis Hillman Garage Debt Financing Presentation 2.22.22 CBRE Final Present 2-23-22City of Annapolis Hillman Garage Deck Draft_v12_2.22.22[2] City Manager Jarrell, Mayor Buckley, Acting Transportation Director Agyemang-Duah, and Finance Director Dickinson, were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Arnett, Alderman Gay, and Alderman Schandelmeier, were present and addressed the committee. Eileen Fogarty, 1106 Maple Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21401, was present and answered questions from the committee.
