Call To Order
Chairwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 10:45 a.m.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Special Meeting Agenda as amended
to include a presentation from Davenport Public Finance and Eileen Fogarty.
Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson

of expressing City Council support for the execution of the Annapolis Parking
Concession Agreement for certain City-owned property known as the Hillman
Garage parking facility, between Annapolis Mobility and Resilience Partners, LLC
and the City of Annapolis.
