Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC02.23.22 Approval of Minutes for the Special Meeting Attachments: FC02.23.22 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Minutes for the Special Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Fund Transfers FT-4-22 Capital - DPW Transfer From: City Facility Improvements Revenue - Capital Reserve ($234,000.00); City Facility Improvements Expense - Construction ($234,000.00) Transfer To: Maynard Burgess Revenue - Capital Reserve ($234,000.00); Maynard Burgess Expense - Construction ($234,000.00) Attachments: FT-4-22 Finance Director Dickinson, Finance Budget Analyst Connolly, City Manager Jarrell, and Public Works Director Johnson were present and answered questions from the committee. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Alderwoman Finlayson moved to Recommend Favorably Amendment 2: In Appendix A, in the CIP Project Description text box, in line 9 after “and” insert “comprehensive” and after “planning” insert a “comma” followed by “including a traffic and parking analysis” followed by a “comma”. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Mayor Buckley, City Manager Jarrell, Deputy City Manager of Resilience and Sustainability Guild, Public Works Director Johnson, and Finance Director Dickinson were present and answered questions from the committee. General Discussion Update from the Finance Director, Jodee Dickinson Finance Director Dickinson was present and provided the committee with updates on the following: City budget, Annapolis Mobility and Resilience Partner (AMRP), Union negotiations, and the re-advertisement of the Purchasing Officer position.
