Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC04.21.22 Approval of Minutes for the Special Meeting Attachments: FC04.21.22 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Minutes for the Special Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Fund Transfers FT-10-22 Department of Public Works - Capital Transfer From: City Facility Improvements - Revenue - Capital Reserve ($53,000.00); City Facility Improvements - Expense - Construction ($53,000.00) Transfer To: Stanton Center - Revenue - Capital Reserve ($53,000.00); Stanton Center - Expense - Construction ($53,000.00) Attachments: FT-10-22 Public Works Director Johnson, Finance Director Dickinson, and City Manager Jarrell were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably FT-10-22. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
