Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC04.26.22 Approval of Minutes for the Special Meeting Attachments: FC04.26.22 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the Minutes for the Special Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Alderman Arnett, Alderman Gay, and Alderwoman Pindell Charles were present and addressed the committee. Alderman Arnett, Alderman Gay, and Alderwoman Pindell Charles were present and addressed the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill requested an analysis of the rate increases each year.
