Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC.04.27.22 Approval of Minutes for the Special Meeting Attachments: FC04.27.22 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Minutes for the Special Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Fund Transfers No action taken Supplemental Appropriations Alderwoman Finlayson moved to Public Hearing Held. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: SA-23-22 Arts in Public Places Commission - AIPPC Fund Balance Revenue: Fund Balance ($51,776.00) Expenditure: Contractual Services ($51,776.00) Attachments: SA-23-22 Finance Director Dickinson and Finance Budget Analyst Connolly were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably SA-23-22. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Alderman Arnett, Alderman Gay, and Alderwoman Pindell Charles were present and addressed the committee. Alderwoman Tierney requested that Office of Emergency Management Department Director Simmons, and African American Liaison Ajayi be present at the Tuesday, May 3, 2022 Finance Committee meeting. Alderwoman Tierney would like the data to be provided to the committee by the middle of the week. Alderwoman Tierney requested a Work Session for the Resource Centers.
