Call To Order
Chairwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 10:38 a.m.
Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Alderwoman O'Neill
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended to
add SA-27-22. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Alderwoman O'Neill
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson

Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Minutes for the Regular Meeting.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following
vote:
Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Alderwoman O'Neill
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson
Supplemental Appropriations
SA-27-22 Planning and Zoning - General Fund
Revenue: Miscellaneous Revenue ($3,821.00) Expenditure: Contractual
Services ($3,821.00)

Finance Director Dickinson was present and answered questions from the
committee.
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend favorably SA-27-22. Seconded. A
roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

R-32-22 Chesapeake Bay Trust (CBT)/Anne Arundel County and City of
Annapolis Watershed Restoration Grant Program Permit Fees Waiver -
For the purpose of waiving the permit fees in connection with the CBT Watershed
Restoration Grant Program projects.

Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend favorably R-32-22. Seconded. A
roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

3. General Discussion
Update from the Finance Director, Jodee Dickinson
Alderman Gay was present and addressed the committee.
Finance Director Dickinson was present and provided the committee with
updates on the following:
Budget process, Union Agreements, Year end process, Single Audit FY 2021
(Compliance audit for federal spending by the City), P3 Concession Agreement,
and RFP for the City audit.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
11:10 a.m.
