SA-25-22. and SA-26-22. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC05.05.22 Approval of Minutes for the Special Meeting Attachments: FC05.05.22 Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Minutes for the Special Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. General Discussion City of Annapolis Page 3 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting May 18, 2022 Minutes Update from the Finance Director, Jodee Dickinson Finance Director Dickinson, Finance Budget Analyst Connolly, and City Attorney Lyles were present and answered questions from the committee. Finance Director Dickinson provided the committee with updates on the following: Budget process, amendments proposed by the Council, Concession Agreement finalization, reconciliation for year end, Procurement Officer interviews, and the RFP for Audit services. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to receive the report provided by the Financial Advisory Commission on May 17, 2022 .
