Call To Order
Chairwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 10:33 a.m.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as
amended to add FT-11-22. SA-25-22. and SA-26-22. Seconded. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson

Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Minutes for the Special Meeting.
Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following
vote:

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably FT-11-22. Seconded.
A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably SA-25-22. Seconded.
A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

Revenue: Parking Revenue ($305,000.00) Expenditure: Contractual

Update from the Finance Director, Jodee Dickinson
Finance Director Dickinson, Finance Budget Analyst Connolly, and City Attorney
Lyles were present and answered questions from the committee.
Finance Director Dickinson provided the committee with updates on the
following:
Budget process, amendments proposed by the Council, Concession Agreement
finalization, reconciliation for year end, Procurement Officer interviews, and the
RFP for Audit services.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to receive the report provided by the Financial
Advisory Commission on May 17, 2022 . The motion carried by the following
vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
11:56 a.m.
