Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting December 7, 2022 Minutes - Final Call To Order Alderwoman Tierney called the regular meeting to order at 10:36 am. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman O'Neill and Alderwoman Finlayson Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 11.16.22 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 11.16.22 Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve Regular Meeting Minutes FC 11.16.22. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Legislation Ordinance(s) O-31-22 Revenue and Finance - Budget - Annapolis Community Grant Program - For the purpose of requiring that all recipients of City community grant funds have proof of non-profit status; clarifying definitions; adding acceptable proof; expanding requirements for grantees; and generally dealing with community grant allocations. Sponsors: Mayor Buckley, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Tierney, Alderman Savidge, Alderman Gay and Alderwoman Pindell Charles Attachments: O-31-22 First Reader O-31-22 Fiscal Impact Note O-31-22 Staff Report Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend O-31-22 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Resolution(s) City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting December 7, 2022 Minutes - Final R-58-22 Amendments to Title 2 of the FY 2023 Fees Schedule - For the purpose of amending Annapolis Police Department fees; and generally related to the FY 2023 fee schedule. Sponsors: Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderwoman Tierney Attachments: R-58-22 First Reader R-58-22 Staff Report R-58-22 Fiscal Impact Note Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend R-58-22 favorably. General Discussion Capital Improvement Projects FY 2023 Status - Public Works Director Jarrell Public Works Director Jarrell Chief Engineer Brice Program Manager McKeown Civil Engineer Grieco Civil Engineer Burkhardt Civil Engineer Doyen Project Engineer Harold Storm Water Engineer Rossberg were present at the regular meeting and answered questions from the Finance Committee. Adjournment Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was adjourned at 12:52 pm.
