Alderwomen Tierney called the regular meeting to order at 10:31am.

Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice
vote.

Supplemental Appropriations
SA-22-23 Police - Grant Fund, Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention, State Grant
Revenue - This supplemental allocation appropriates $5,000 from the Governor's Office
of Crime Control and Prevention for the Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network
Sub-Grant. The grant was not included in the FY2023 budget. No match is required.

Lieutenant Miguez was present and answered questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-22-23 favorably. Seconded.

FT-1-23 Fund: General, Departments: Various, This budget revision allocates the 5.1M to
Departments that was set aside to cover anticipated costs as a result of union
negotiations.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend FT-1-23 favorably. Seconded.

committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
