Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Supplemental Appropriations SA-22-23 Police - Grant Fund, Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention, State Grant Revenue - This supplemental allocation appropriates $5,000 from the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention for the Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network Sub-Grant. The grant was not included in the FY2023 budget. No match is required. Attachments: Supplemental_Appropriation_22-23 Lieutenant Miguez was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-22-23 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Fund Transfers City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting December 21, 2022 Minutes - Final FT-1-23 Fund: General, Departments: Various, This budget revision allocates the 5.1M to Departments that was set aside to cover anticipated costs as a result of union negotiations. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion Update Office of Emergency Management Director Simmons was present and answered questions about Food Fridays. Update from the Finance Department - Finance Director Dickinson Budget Analyst Connolly was present and answered questions from the committee. Cont. Capital Improvement Projects FY 2023 Status - Public Works Director Jarrell Public Works Director Jarrell Civil Engineer Brice Storm Water Manager McKeown Civil Engineer Vogel were present and answered questions from the committee.
