Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve as amended to remove ID-68-23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-69-23 HR Department Budget Hearing Attachments: Human Resources Budget Presentations - FY24 Budget presentation for 4.26.22 Human Resources Manager Hopkins was present to answer questions from the committee. Meeting Recessed at 10:55 am FC ID-70-23 City Manager’s Office Budget Hearing Attachments: FY24 City Manager's Office Budget Meeting Resumed at 11:05 am. City Manager Malinoff, Deputy City Manager Guild, City Manager Assistant Buckland, Budget Manager Connolly, Finance Director Dickinson, Human Resources Manager Hopkins, Special Projects Coordinator Nolan, Social Work Care Coordinator Lee and Office of Social Work Manager Gutierrez were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Tierney requested that the Office of Community Service attend the Special Meeting on Monday, May 1st, 2023. Meeting Recessed at 12:20pm.
