Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to amend the agenda to add SA-27-23 and SA-28-23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-66-23 Public Works Department Budget Hearing Attachments: PWDepartment Budget Presentations - FY24 041323 Public Works Director Jarrell and Fleet Manager Horwath were present to answer questions from the committee. Alderwoman Tierney requested any more questions be emailed to Director Jarell with a response as soon as possible. Meeting Recessed at 10:40am. ID-67-23 Enterprise Fund Rate Increase Budget Attachments: annapolis_enterprise_funds_fy24_final_v2 Meeting Resumed at 10:50am Principal, Utility Management and Financial Services of Stantec Lisa Gresehover, Managing Consultant – Financial Services of Stantec Tracey Moher, Finance Director Dickinson and Public Works Director Jarrell were present to answer questions from the committee. Supplemental Appropriations SA-27-23 Grant- APD -State of Maryland - Governor's Community Grant Program Fund -This supplemental allocation appropriates $28,600 from the State of Maryland for "The Other Side of the Curb - Photography/Writing Program". City of Annapolis Page 2 Finance Committee Standing Committee Meeting April 25, 2023 Minutes - Final SA-28-23 General - Fire - Various Checks from Outside Agencies: This supplemental allocation appropriates $6,468 to the Fire Department allowing the department to spend miscellaneous revenue received during the fiscal year. The revenue reimbursed the Fire Department for CPR/First Aid/AED Training to various outside organizations. Attachments: SA-28-23 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-28-23 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 4.24.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 4.24.23 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 4.24.23. Seconded.
