Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderwoman O'Neill Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the Special Meeting Agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC 4.26.23 Special Meeting Minutes Attachments: FC 4.26.23 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 4.26.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. General Discussion ID-82-23 Finance Committee Overflow Presentations Attachments: OCS Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderman Gay, Budget Manager Connolly, Assistant City Manager Buckland, Social Work Coordinator Lee, Community Service Office Manager Gutierrez, Rental Assistant Intern Boykin, Hispanic Case Manage Bolivar-Olivio and Community Service Coordinator Clark were present to answer questions from the committee. Budget Manager Connolly replace page 49 "Revised Staffing Sheet" in the Budget Binder. Alderwoman Tierney requested the staffing summary from Office of Community Service. Meeting recessed at 11:13 am. Meeting resumed at 11:28 am. Human Resources Manager Hopkins, City Manager Malinoff and Finance Director Dickinson were present to answer questions from the committee.
